We are often asked if we see and treat children at our dental office. We thought that it would be worthwhile to devote this issue of our Office Newsletter to answer that question.
Do we treat children at our office?
We always welcome and LOVE treating children at our office, as they are a breath of fresh air and a lot of fun to work with. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide our young patients with a pleasant, positive and relaxed experience.
We achieve this by treating each child as an individual and providing treatment at a pace and manner that allows them to be successful. Our goal is to develop a positive, lifetime attitude toward dental care.
We have been treating children at our office for over 35 years. A good portion of our current adult patients began their dental treatment at our office when they were younger, and now bring their own children to our office.
Do all children need to have their teeth cleaned and be treated by a Pediatric Dentist?
Pediatric Dentists provide an invaluable service to our community, but not every child needs to have their teeth cleaned or treated by a Pediatric Dentist or Pedodontist.
The majority of children do very well in our office. We have in the past and will continue in the future to refer all children who need the services of a Pediatric Dentist, if or when those services become indicated.
We encourage you to bring your children and keep your children at our office, unless the services of a Pediatric Dentist become necessary or indicated.

We are pleased to offer our patients the option of confirming their appointments by phone, email or text message. If you have a preference to a particular method of confirmation, please contact our office to update your email or cell phone number and confirmation preferences.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will continue to confirm your appointment one day prior by phone, unless otherwise instructed by you.
We appreciate your patronage and realize how busy you are. Our goal is to be as minimally disruptive to your schedule, as we confirm appointments.
